Survey for Volunteer Tutors of Adult Learners
The survey questions are geared towards tutors and tutor training. Tutors, please complete this survey and return it to TLC via e-mail attachment to Jill Blonski at  jill@tlcliteracy.org or via mail c/o Jill Blonski, 925 West College Ave, State College, PA 16801. Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire, tutors will receive a copy of a tutor resource manual (topics will vary).

TLC Facilitators (previously known as Trainers) please take the time to complete this survey. TLC would like to provide some professional development for you and guidance is needed.

Bureau of ABLE Family Literacy Survey
The Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of ABLE (Adult Basic and Literacy Education), maintains a database of Family Literacy programs’ use of volunteers. This information is collected and compiled by TLC. Surveys are typically mailed to all programs and posted on this Web page in late May (and is posted here), and need to be returned by mail, fax, or email by June 30.
